When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — to notify you when we launch.
• Consent timestamp — the date and time you gave consent, as required by GDPR Article 7.

We do not collect your name, IP address, payment details, or any other personal data through this form.

Your email address is used exclusively to send you a notification when TrailTrace Labs launches, and optionally to share a pre-launch discount offer as described at the time of sign-up. We will not send you marketing emails beyond this scope, and we will never sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the email above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your email address until the product launches. After we send the launch notification we will delete waitlist records within 60 days, unless you have placed an order, in which case your data is governed by the terms of that order. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

6. Data Storage & Security

Waitlist data is stored on a server located in Spain (European Union) and does not leave the EU. We apply appropriate technical measures to protect it against unauthorised access. As a small, pre-launch product we do not use third-party email marketing platforms; data stays on our own infrastructure.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). In Catalonia, you may also contact the Autoritat Catalana de Protecció de Dades (APDCAT).

9. Cookies

The TrailTrace Labs waitlist page does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how we handle waitlist data we will update this page and, where required by law, seek fresh consent. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
